££1,100,000 Guide

Beautiful and one of a kind, with countryside views.

Under Offer

This unique property, on the edge of Northchurch Common, boasts a double garage, parking, a mature plot and a beautiful view.

The location of this individual home is excellent; near to the canal, Ashridge Forest, a local convenience store, a coffee shop/bakery and local primary schools, plus only a short drive from Berkhamsted town centre and the station.

The property has been transformed by the present vendors to offer light, bright well-presented and versatile living space.

Downstairs, from the sizeable hallway, is a spacious family room, a contemporary style kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and a modern fitted bathroom. The kitchen has views of the woods across the road, while the utility room spans the whole rear of the house.

Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes, a smart en suite shower room, and glorious views of Northchurch and the woods opposite.

Also at first floor level, the large, stylish sitting room features an attractive fireplace and French doors out to the rear garden.

The rear garden is a generous size, with several areas in which to entertain. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature hedges.

To the front is a lovely tucked away seating area, surrounded by plants providing privacy.

Last but not least, there is driveway parking for two cars, with steps leading down to a detached double garage with adjacent storage rooms.

The A41 dual carriageway runs to the South of the town, providing an excellent connection to Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Tring and Aylesbury.

There is a good range of leisure facilities in the area. There is walking and riding just minutes away in the surrounding countryside and on the National Trust`s 5,000 acre Ashridge Estate, while nearby golf courses include Ashridge, Berkhamsted and The Grove. The area offers excellent schooling, including Berkhamsted School, founded in 1541, and Tring Park School for the Performing Arts.
