Helen Nash MNAEA, MARLA
Managing DirectorHelen joined our senior management team in 2012, before taking over the role of Managing Director from our founder Daniel in 2023. Professionally qualified in both sales and lettings, Helen’s move into the property world was in many ways a natural one, following a previous career with an international recruitment agency, before going on to run her own business.


Daniel Nash MNAEA, MARLA
Founder and Brand DirectorOur founder, Daniel started his professional life as a photographer in the late 1980s, before moving into estate agency more than 30 years ago. His background means he knows what it takes to shoot editorial-quality images, while having a clear understanding of how to connect visually with the emotional side of buying property. With a belief that every home is individual, the quality and style of our marketing is deliberately designed to set our properties apart in a competitive marketplace.
Sarah Warrington
Assistant Manager, Tring OfficeHaving originally worked as a PR in London for many years, Sarah started her agency career back in 2006. Two decades later, and with considerable experience working in prime property sales across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Sarah now heads-up our Tring town sales department where she is committed to delivering long-term results for our clients. Away from work, Sarah is a keen road cyclist having completed LEJOG, the NC500 and the Mallorca 312. She is also passionate about motor racing and takes part in classic car events and rallies, most notably the Mille Miglia.


Tracey Gomm
Business Support Manager, Berkhamsted OfficeWith her cool, calm head, and more than 30 years’ experience dealing with Hertfordshire property, Tracey is the perfect Business Support Manager. A Berkhamsted resident for almost 40 years, she has been with Nash Partnership since 2008.
Sue Parker
Associate, Tring OfficeSince joining us in 2009, Sue has sold some of the most iconic and beautiful homes in the local area. The switch to estate agency followed a successful career as a manager at Selfridges where she perfected the art of exceptional customer service.


Annabel Atkinson
Senior Sales Consultant, Tring OfficeWith over 20 years of experience in selling beautiful homes, Annabel has built a reputation for delivering an exceptional, personalised service. From Knightsbridge to the Home Counties, she has worked with some of the most respected boutique and independent agencies and is driven by a passion for quality and a steadfast commitment to her clients. Whether in prime central London or the picturesque corners of Hertfordshire, her expertise ensures that every client receives the highest standard of care.
Lucie Titheridge MARLA
Lettings Manager, The Lettings OfficeWith over 20 years in lettings, 10 of them at Nash Partnership, Lucie began her career in London where she worked for Chestertons, then Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, in the coveted areas of Knightsbridge, Battersea, and Putney. Lucie heads up The Lettings Office, our dedicated and award-winning lettings department.


Bruce Simkin
Property Manager, The Lettings OfficeLooking after a portfolio of rental properties at the Lettings Office, Bruce has nearly a decade of experience in estate agency, plus a level of patience that perhaps can only come from his previous life as a primary school teacher. Well versed in all things property-related, he is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and has managed major projects on two of his own homes.
