For a variety of reasons not all our properties get as far as being advertised on Rightmove. Some of our clients ask us to adopt a more exclusive approach to marketing their home, for example by selectively offering it to prospective tenants who are already known to us, rather than splashing across every property portal.

We rent a number of properties entirely ‘off market’ every year, and many others before they hit Rightmove. To avoid missing out on your perfect property, we stress the importance of registering directly with us.

Yes, our referencing procedure is very thorough and includes taking up references from previous landlords and your employer. We will also conduct a thorough check on your credit history.
