As the spread of Covid-19 continues, we wanted to keep you informed of the steps we are taking to protect both our clients and our employees, whose wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.We will of course continue to adhere strictly to Government advice, whilst remaining fully committed to providing an ongoing service to our clients, in all aspects of our business. We will continue to offer appraisals and viewings, operating a business as usual policy, and our offices remain open and operational. You can continue to contact us as normal, and we will continue to deliver the high levels of service you rightly expect.
Our team are now operating with a no-handshake policy and are following advice around hand washing and hygiene in accordance with Public Health guidelines. We would also ask that any clients experiencing any of the symptoms to notify us immediately, and avoid arranging any face-to-face appointments during the period of self-isolation. By working together with transparency and a thought for others, we can all ensure our clients, staff and the wider community are not put at risk.
We have yet to see any changes in the level of market activity and we remain hopeful and positive about the challenging situation we now find ourselves in. Our sales and lettings teams are available as usual to discuss any concerns you may have during the days and weeks to come.
In the meantime, our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by this virus.
