Welcome to the new and improved nashpartnership.co.uk

Hello and welcome to the brand new Nash Partnership website and to our inaugural blog article. We'll be writing frequently with advice, ideas and news around getting the most from your move, so do keep checking back here, or on our facebook page www.facebook.com/nashpartnership, to keep up to date with our latest articles.
So what can you expect from our new website?
First things first, the new site is mobile and tablet optimised. With around 70% of visitors using handheld devices, we've worked hard to make sure that everyone's experience is the best it can be.
Looking for a property is now faster than ever. The search function (arguably the most important feature of the site) is located front and centre on the homepage, with all the latest properties for sale and to rent now only one click away.
On-screen presentation has been redesigned in a cleaner, clearer format with image galleries, floor plans, location maps and downloadable particulars. You'll also find interactive local schools information with everything you need to know including Ofsted reports and catchment details.
If you're already certain about which parts of the local area you'd like to live in, the new 'draw a search' function is for you. This useful facility allows you to finely hone your search results by literally drawing a line around the streets or neighbourhoods that interest you.
For anyone not so familiar with the locale, there's a whole host of information in our new Area Guides section. Here you can enjoy a full rundown of the makeup, history, housing stock and indeed ambience of Berkhamsted, Tring, and many of the villages we cover. So whether you're looking for a bit of bustle or a rural idyll, here is where to head for the inside track.
Our practical guides to buying and renting a property are designed to give you a clear and up-to-date picture of the process, while our tips on how to prepare your property for marketing will help you attract maximum interest.
As for our new news section: our aim is to provide you with an essential, engaging and enjoyable resource covering every aspect of your move. Think seasonal advice and tips on presentation; suggestions on strategic improvements and upgrades; general dos and don'ts around selling and letting; insider information on local market trends and even real-life tales of success (and sometimes distress!) for smoother sailing and avoiding pitfalls.
All that remains is to wish you a pleasant viewing experience and we hope to see you back here very soon (and very often).
