Introducing the new-look Nash Partnership
22 Mar 2019
While our existing look has served us well for many years, we felt it was time to move on to something that was more about our values, and less about our logo.
There were long discussions and many opinions over the role of a rebranding exercise, resulting in a comprehensive brief to the creative agency. Their mission (which we are delighted they chose to accept) was to convey our core values of “integrity, sincerity, clarity and professionalism”.
A particular priority was to ensure our offices remained a visual asset to their respective High Street locations. Above all, the final design should go with everything and overpower nothing: something simple and sophisticated, with the confidence to take a back seat to the wonderful properties we represent.
We are fortunate to look after some of the finest homes in and around Berkhamsted and Tring, so it was imperative for our new branding to resonate with people who value quality. It should also suit the walls of any of their homes - whether medieval or modern - as an inviting backdrop to a variety of interiors.
Finally, given that we work amidst some of the country's most beautiful landscapes, our quintessentially English setting and heritage were to be acknowledged.
After laying down such a big challenge, we are thrilled with the results. The creative agency opted for an elegant colour scheme that takes its inspiration from Farrow & Ball’s rich Paean Black and complementing Cornforth White tones. The resulting look is both classic and contemporary, saying everything we wanted to say, simply and cleanly.
We will be updating our website, boards, brochures and offices with our new branding over the coming weeks. We hope you love our brand new look as much as we do!
